Meet the Team Behind Turf Talent Lawn & Landscape
Turf Talent is owned and run by Shea Hailey and Garett Radmann, serving the Denver metro for more than 10 years.
What We Provide
Turf Talent handles both sides of the yard: installation projects like hardscape, sod, artificial turf, and irrigation, and ongoing maintenance like mowing, aeration, shrub trimming, and seasonal cleanups. Whether it's one problem solved or a full property renovation, our crew plans and installs it as one job — built around a simple idea: do the work right the first time, and communicate clearly along the way.

A Company That Stays Involved
Turf Talent is led by Shea Hailey and Garett Radmann, who stay hands-on with the crews on every project — a consistent point of contact from your first estimate through the final walkthrough.
Under their leadership, Turf Talent has grown into a full-service lawn care, hardscape, and landscape design company serving the entire northern Denver metro. Installation projects — patios, retaining walls, sod, artificial turf, irrigation — and ongoing maintenance — mowing, aeration, seasonal cleanups, shrub trimming — are all handled by one crew, so customers aren't juggling separate vendors for different parts of their property.
Licensed and Experienced
Turf Talent is a licensed landscaping and hardscape contractor with over a decade of experience across lawn maintenance, irrigation, hardscape construction, and landscape design.
