By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or otherwise using the services of Turf Talent Lawn and Landscape ("Turf Talent," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or this website.

2. Services

Turf Talent provides lawn care, hardscape, and landscape services including but not limited to artificial turf installation, irrigation installation and repair, hardscape design and installation, landscape design and installation, lawn maintenance, snow removal, shrub trimming, aeration and lawn health services, seasonal cleanups, sod installation, and rock and mulch installation, within our published service areas in the Denver metro area.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge based on the information you give us and, where applicable, an on-site assessment. Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate if the actual scope of work differs once work begins (for example, unexpected soil, drainage, or site conditions). We will communicate any change in scope before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Living plant material, sod, and turf are affected by factors outside our control after installation, including weather, watering, and maintenance by the property owner, and are not covered by workmanship warranties once properly installed and established. 7. Limitation of Liability

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for scheduled work and for disclosing known underground utilities, irrigation lines, or hazards not otherwise marked by a utility locate service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
